Quartier Elite Summer Development

This Program is designed specifically for Forwards and Defensemen to bring your game to the next level and start training camp at your best.
Enhance your potential and compete level through development of skating, puck control, shooting & scoring, speed & explosiveness as well as battle skills with 2-month QH High Performance Summer Program.

This is maximum intense summer program broken down on three phases. Players will be working on specific skill/s in progression mode. Each day level of exercises will be increasing so players will be consistently out of comfort zone.

Summer program focus – is to make / teach players to execute skill under pressure at a top-level speed.

Pro/ Usports/NCAA - Monday 4:15pm & Wednesday 4:15pm

M15 AAA or D1 - Monday 5:15pm  - Wednesday 5:15pm

Junior  ( QJMHL, CCHL, NAHL, BCHL, USHL) - Tuesday 4:15pm & Thursday 4:15pm

M18AAA/Prep - Tuesday 5:15pm & Thursdays 5:15pm
